Project Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, review and modify Agile project plans, ensuring timelines, budget and deliverables are accurately tracked.
2. Provide support and guidance to the development team.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders.
4. Ensure project artifacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases are properly documented.
5. Identify and address impediments and blockers, escalating when necessary.
6. Utilize Agile tools such as Jira to track team progress, productivity, and individual performance.
7. Measure and report on team performance and progress, as well as identify opportunities for improvement.
8. Mentor team members on Agile values and principles.
9. Develop best practices and assets based on learnings from customer engagements that help accelerate cloud adoption and support initiatives to scale through partners.
