Assistant Finance Manager

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for WPS and Non-WPS employees, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
• Interact with candidates and internal team members to resolve payroll-related inquiries or financial concerns.
• Assist in financial reporting, reconciliation, and general accounting tasks as required.
• Maintain accurate records of salaries, deductions, and other financial information in line with UAE labor laws.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth payroll and finance operations.
• Stay updated with relevant UAE laws, regulations, and WPS processes to ensure compliance.
• Handle other finance-related tasks, including support in month-end closing and reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a finance/payroll role within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of WPS (Wage Protection System) and Non-WPS processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with candidates and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
