Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Manager - HRBP. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

HR Support and Advisory

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on HR policies, processes, and employee relations.
  • Support the implementation of HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on performance, development, and career planning.

Talent Management

  • Implement talent management initiatives, including performance reviews and succession planning.
  • Partner with leadership to identify and address talent gaps.
  • Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Employee Relations

  • Handle end to end employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and HR policies, mitigating risks.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes open communication and employee satisfaction.

Workforce Planning

  • Contribute to workforce planning efforts to ensure the business has the right talent.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends and make recommendations.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.

HR Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including managing HRIS data, updating policies, and facilitating HR communications.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of HR services, such as payroll inputs and employee benefits.
  • Support HR initiatives, including learning and development programs and diversity and inclusion efforts.

Employee Engagement

  • Collaborate with line managers and HODs to implement strategies that drive employee engagement.
  • Collect and analyze employee feedback to inform HR initiatives.
  • Promote programs that enhance employee well-being and work-life balance.

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5–7 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a business partner role.

Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
