As a Senior Data and Digital Analyst, you will be responsible for driving data insights and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement for our clients. You will work closely with our digital marketing team to analyze data from various sources and translate it into actionable insights. Your role will be crucial in helping our clients achieve their business goals through data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources to identify patterns and trends
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics
Conduct in-depth analysis and present findings to clients and internal teams
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and implement data-driven strategies
Provide recommendations for optimization and improvement of digital marketing efforts based on data insights
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and industry best practices to inform strategy and analysis
Mentor and guide junior data and digital analysts in data analysis techniques and tools
Communicate complex data insights and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and digital marketing
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar
Experience working with large datasets and using SQL to query and manipulate data
In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels and metrics
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members is a plus.
