Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and developments.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA is highly desirable.
  • 4 to 8 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the security systems, ELV, or industrial safety systems industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of security systems, ELV, and industrial safety systems.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
