Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Screen and interview candidates, assess their qualifications, and make hiring recommendations.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
