Bilingual Legal Secretary | Banking & Finance | Dubai

The Opportunity:

We are pleased to be representing a market-leader in international law as they seek to hire an experienced Bilingual Legal PA in Dubai.

This position will support a Partner plus team in the Banking & Finance practice with a focus on project finance and Islamic finance.

In this role your day to day responsibilities will include:

1. Extensive email, diary and travel management
2. Direct client communications and management
3. Drafting, amending and preparing correspondence and legal documents
4. Matter opening, updating and close
5. Legal billing administration and processing expense claims
6. Creating reports and presentations, assisting with business development duties

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday with a schedule of 8:00am - 5:30pm. Following the settling in period, there is flexibility to work remotely up to two days a week.

The Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be at an intermediate level in their Legal PA career with demonstrated experience working in a bilingual (Arabic and English) corporate setting.

Candidates from a banking background will also be considered, therefore this is an excellent opportunity if you have this experience and are looking to move into the legal industry.
