General Maintenance Technician

The General Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections. This role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot and fix issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs duties.
• Perform tasks such as parts replacements, cleaning, landscaping, and more.
• Conduct regular and on-demand inspections and report each visit's findings and recommendations accurately.
• Repair drywall, painting, carpentry, and minor plumbing or electrical issues.
• Keep maintenance areas and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition.
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues, such as leaks, power failures, or HVAC malfunctions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in MEP maintenance, facilities, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of plumbing, masonry, painting, carpentry, joinery, and general repairs.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Stamina to stay active throughout the workday.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and on-call shifts if needed.
