Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee civil construction activities in the petrochemical sector. The ideal candidate will ensure project compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while managing daily operations on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight: Supervise civil construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and schedules. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols and procedures on-site. Conduct regular safety inspections and training for site personnel.
Quality Control: Monitor construction quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications. Address any quality issues promptly and effectively.
Resource Management: Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment. Assist in procurement and inventory management.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and progress reports. Prepare and submit necessary documentation for project compliance.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the site team and management. Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision within the petrochemical industry.
Strong knowledge of civil construction processes and safety regulations.
Certifications in safety management (e.g., OSHA).
Experience with environmental compliance in petrochemical projects.
Working Conditions:
