Wedding Planner

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Wedding Planner to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of weddings and related events. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, and then planning and organizing every aspect of their special day to ensure a seamless and unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Consult with clients to determine their wedding preferences, budget, and requirements.
2. Assist in selecting and booking venues, vendors, and service providers.
3. Create and manage wedding timelines, budgets, and contracts.
4. Coordinate and oversee all wedding-related activities, including ceremonies, receptions, and related events.
5. Arrange transportation, accommodations, and other logistical details for the wedding party and guests.
6. Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for the wedding event.
7. Provide on-site coordination and supervision during the wedding to ensure smooth execution.
8. Handle any unexpected issues or challenges that may arise during the planning and execution process.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or in a similar event planning role.
2. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Creative problem-solving abilities and ability to think on your feet.
6. Proficiency in using wedding planning software and tools.
7. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
8. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
9. Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
