Database Administrator - Oracle DBA

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Database Administrator with expertise in Oracle database technology to join our team. As an Oracle DBA, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and performance tuning of Oracle databases. You will ensure data integrity, security, and high availability of our mission-critical databases. Responsibilities

1. Install, configure, and maintain Oracle database software.
2. Create and optimize database storage structures and objects.
3. Monitor and maintain database performance and ensure availability and security.
4. Implement and manage database backup and recovery strategies.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve database issues and errors.
6. Upgrade and patch Oracle database software as needed.
7. Manage users and security permissions within the database.
8. Develop and implement data migration and replication processes.
9. Collaborate with developers to optimize database queries and performance.
10. Stay current with Oracle database technology advancements and best practices.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Oracle Database Management.
3. Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification is preferred.
4. Strong understanding of database architecture, data modeling, and SQL optimization.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
