Sahak Properties, a leading real estate company in Dubai, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Telesales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales by contacting clients, introducing our real estate services, and converting leads into customers.

1. Contact existing clients via phone to present Sahak Properties properties and services.
2. Identify customer needs, provide detailed information, and offer tailored real estate solutions.
3. Manage and maintain a database of leads, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
4. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term engagement.
5. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
6. Handle client inquiries professionally, providing solutions and resolving concerns promptly.
7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.

1. Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role (real estate experience is a plus).
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
3. Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, etc.) is an advantage.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
5. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
6. Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
