Job description

Role: Business Analyst

Skill: Business Analyst CRM (MS365/Siebel/SFDC)

Description:

  1. Document and analyze user business processes and requirements.
  2. Conduct testing of new or modified systems.
  3. Serve as communications link between user and technical group.
  4. Provide ongoing user support including troubleshooting and resolution of system issues.
  5. Collaborate with marketing team to develop CRM strategies based on enrollment funnel and customer lifecycle, leveraging CRM data to create appropriate segments for targeting and analysis.
  6. Assist users with setup of campaigns/events.
  7. Monitor quality of data and processes; create reports and queries.
  8. Add/Remove users, train new users, and maintain user documentation.
  9. Assist GT Team with management of system configuration, rollout of upgrades, and implementation of new features and functionality.
  10. Experience in Agile projects (Scrum, Kanban).

Qualifications for CRM Business Analyst:

  1. Proven experience in functional design, business change, operating model design, and process design.
  2. Understanding of the software development life cycle principles; background in software development.
  3. Strong background in business analysis and/or system analysis.
  4. Experienced in UAT and bug fixing.
  5. Prior experience in Siebel CRM projects is highly preferred.
  6. Background in the insurance industry is a definite advantage.
