Housekeeping Supervisor (FEMALE)

• Liaise with the Client’s representative.

• Communicate to the next Senior level important aspects of customer visits and discussions.

• Ensure cleaning work specifications are completed by the deadlines allocated.

• Inspect the quality of work daily and assess the overall cleaning standard according to the contract specifications.

• Solve technical and abnormal operational problems.

• Instruct cleaning staff to focus attention on areas of contracts where problems are reported.

• Monitor the work performance of the cleaning team.

• Ensure proper service record of equipment at the project.

• Train and develop cleaning staff.

• Ensure adequate staffing levels within the project as agreed.

• Motivate cleaning personnel by encouragement and counseling of problems.

• Assess the performance of cleaning personnel.

• Plan leave of cleaning personnel.

• Discipline cleaning personnel.

• Apply formal disciplinary procedures against cleaning personnel in case of breach of conduct, refusal to obey instructions, or poor performance.
