Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our plant facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plant operations maintenance and safety procedures. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills as they will be responsible for managing a team of plant operators and technicians. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the plant ensuring all processes are running efficiently and effectively. Monitor and maintain plant equipment troubleshoot any issues and coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed. Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure safety quality and efficiency in all plant operations. Manage a team of plant operators and technicians providing guidance training and performance evaluations. Monitor and analyze plant production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity. Maintain accurate records and reports on plant operations including production maintenance and safety. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies and promote a safe working environment for all plant employees. Collaborate with other departments and teams to identify and implement costsaving measures and process improvements. Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and costeffective delivery of materials and services. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in engineering operations management or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant operations preferably in the energy or utilities industry. Strong knowledge of plant equipment processes and maintenance procedures. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Proven track record of managing and developing a team. Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement. Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities. Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
