Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develops strategic plans for partnerships in line with RTA's strategic goals and applies these plans to activities of the Department and the partners to drive growth and performance and meet strategic goals that can create mutual benefits.
  2. Reviews, develops, and evaluates the MOUs prepared by relevant sectors/agencies and checks that they meet specific criteria as approved in the policies and as suggested by certain KPIs.
  3. Conducts awareness sessions of the RTA partnership management requirements, procedures, partnership agreements/memorandums of understanding, and provides the necessary support to all the agencies and sectors.
  4. Studies and reviews incoming partnership requests according to approved procedures and determines the desired and expected benefits from these proposed partnerships in coordination with the concerned departments.
  5. Communicates with departments to ensure implementation and progress of the MOU towards meeting the deadline.
  6. Coordinates with relevant departments to ensure participation as outlined in the Partnership Frameworks and ensures adherence to approved policies.
  7. Develops, designs, and implements the management systems relevant to the Department.
  8. Conducts reviews and audits to ensure that departments are complying with all Partnership and MOU terms and conditions, in addition, prepares all partnership-related communications procedures internally and externally.
  9. Prepares status completion reports, conducts trend analysis, root cause analysis, comparison analysis, and other analyses in regard to partnerships and reports the findings.
  10. Conducts a periodical review of activities and related KPIs to ensure compliance with Dubai Government Excellence Program requirements.
  11. Participates and assists in the planning of yearly partnership events and assures the planning and management of the event is within the allocated budget.
  12. Analyzes the relationship dynamics and integration with RTA activities and the mutual benefit derived from the relationship with partners.
  13. Any additional responsibilities as advised by the direct Line Manager or Head of Department.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or International Relations.
