We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Admin Assistant (With having exp in Processing of Staff Insurances - Group Medical / Group Life Insurances) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in the UAE and a solid understanding of various insurance policies, including but not limited to worker insurance and employee benefits. Key Responsibilities:
- Processing Insurance Policies: Handle the processing of various types of insurance, including basic worker insurance, enhanced coverage for staff and senior managers, and coverage for their dependents.
- Claims Management: Assist in the smooth processing and follow-up of claims, ensuring timely resolution and communication with insurance providers.
- Liaising with Insurance Providers: Negotiate with insurance companies to ensure that the organization is receiving the best coverage options for all areas of insurance, including group life.
- Policy Review and Updates: Regularly review and update insurance policies to reflect any changes in the company's requirements, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on insurance coverage, claims status, renewals, and other related matters to management.
- Employee Benefits Coordination: Support in managing employee health and life insurance programs, ensuring all employees and their dependents are adequately covered.
Requirements:
- UAE Experience: A minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the UAE, specifically in insurance management and coordination.
- Strong Knowledge: In-depth understanding of worker insurance (basic and enhanced), employee benefits, and workmen’s compensation.
- Insurance Certifications: Relevant certifications in insurance or risk management will be considered a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and make informed decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with insurance providers, management, and employees.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, particularly when reviewing and processing insurance claims and policies.
