Sr QA/QC Engineer - Immediate Joiners

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and policies for construction and landscape projects.
2. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
3. Collaborate with project teams to establish quality benchmarks and objectives.
4. Review project plans and specifications to identify potential quality issues.
5. Implement and manage a comprehensive quality control program.
6. Perform on-site inspections to monitor workmanship and materials used in construction and landscape activities.
7. Conduct tests and analyses of construction materials to ensure they meet specified standards.
8. Document and report deviations from project specifications and work with project teams to implement corrective actions.
9. Maintain detailed records of all QA/QC activities, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective actions taken.
10. Generate regular reports on the status of quality assurance and control activities for project management.
11. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders regarding quality issues and resolutions.
12. Foster a culture of quality consciousness and awareness among project personnel.
13. Conduct regular workshops and meetings to address quality-related concerns and share lessons learned.
14. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in construction and landscape activities.
15. Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions to enhance overall project quality.
16. Stay abreast of industry trends, standards, and regulations to ensure the continuous improvement of the QA/QC program.
17. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure that quality requirements are integrated into project plans.
18. Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the quality of materials and workmanship.
19. Participate in project meetings to provide input on quality-related matters.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
2. Must be detail-oriented and technically sound with good communication skills.
