Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and execute merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
Maintain product inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and stock levels.
Utilize invoicing software to process transactions and prepare Air Waybills (AWB) accurately.
Manage and promote the brand effectively on social media and other marketing channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service.
Stay updated on coffee trends to represent and promote our coffee-related products knowledgeably.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with a reputed department store.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency with invoicing software and AWB preparation.
Knowledge of social media marketing and promotional strategies.
In-depth knowledge of coffee, including product categories, brewing techniques, and market trends.
