The Finance Administrator is responsible for managing all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. They will maintain financial records, prepare financial reports, oversee accounts payable and receivable, and assist with budgeting and forecasting. Additionally, they will handle payroll and tax-related activities, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Responsibilities
Process and record financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including invoicing and payment collection.
Prepare financial statements and reports on a regular basis.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
Handle payroll processing and maintain payroll records.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Assist with tax-related activities, including filing tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Monitor financial transactions and identify any discrepancies or issues.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as a Finance Administrator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
Proficient in financial software and MS Office.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
