Job description

Handle and respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms with professionalism and efficiency.
Provide guests with detailed information about room availability, rates, packages, and hotel amenities.
Upsell room upgrades, special packages, and additional services to maximize revenue.
Accurately enter and manage reservation details in the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS).
Assist guests with special requests, modifications, and cancellations as needed.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Front Office and Housekeeping, to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the hotel’s services, promotions, and local attractions.
Address guest concerns or complaints, escalating issues to management when necessary.
