How You Will Contribute

  1. Contact potential or existing learners to promote our services and close deals.
  2. Carry out follow-up and sales calls with learners based on the targets assigned.
  3. Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.
  4. Manage the coordination cycle from prospecting to closing a deal.
  5. Provide outstanding customer service.
  6. Provide front-line support and handle inquiries: interact with existing and potential students either in person or via phone, chat, and email.
  7. Take part in outreach activities.

Skills, Experience, And Competencies

  1. 2+ years of proven sales and customer service experience in a dynamic business environment in the education industry (preferably).
  2. Excellent communication skills (mandatory).
  3. Ability to understand customer requirements and identify solutions.
  4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  5. Organized, reliable, and self-motivated.
  6. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  7. Ability to work well under pressure.
  8. Good skills in information technology.
