Job Responsibilities
- Ensure production processes run reliably and efficiently.
- Plan and organize production schedule.
- Promote and drive an EHS & Quality based Services Culture.
- Assess project and resource requirements.
- Organize and plan for repair and routine maintenance for customer equipment.
- Receive equipment and verify goods after jobs.
- Follow up on required service levels for received equipment and share with external customers.
- Review and share repair cost quotes with external customers and secure approval for required repairs.
- Plan and schedule shop production to meet customer KPIs.
- Liaise between customers and shop for required parts and ensure parts are secured for production.
- Liaise between customers and inventory team for parts shortage arrangements.
- Coordinate between customers and shop to ensure continuous service delivery.
- Share production schedule updates with customers on a daily and weekly basis.
- Manage and entertain customer requirements to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
