ProjectData Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project/Data Analyst to join our team. This position will focus on supporting the effective execution of educational programs and projects by leveraging data analysis to enhance decision-making, program outcomes, and overall efficiency. The role involves working closely with project teams, faculty, and stakeholders to track progress, analyze data, and deliver insightful reports that support continuous improvement in our educational offerings.

• Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of educational programs, initiatives, and events. Help coordinate activities, resources, and timelines to ensure smooth delivery.
  
• Tracking Program Progress: Monitor key milestones, timelines, and outcomes for educational projects and programs. Provide regular updates to project leads and stakeholders on the status of ongoing initiatives.
  
• Resource Management: Help in resource allocation for various educational programs and initiatives, ensuring that the required materials, staff, and facilities are available.
  
• Stakeholder Engagement: Support communication with various internal and external stakeholders including faculty, administrative staff, students, and partners to ensure the alignment of project objectives and expectations.
  
• Risk & Issue Management: Assist in identifying potential risks or challenges related to educational projects and help develop solutions to mitigate any negative impact on timelines or outcomes.
  

• Student & Program Data: Collect and analyze data related to student performance, program effectiveness, student engagement, and overall educational outcomes. This includes grades, attendance, surveys, and feedback.
  
• Data Integrity & Management: Ensure that all collected data is accurate, up-to-date, and stored in appropriate systems for easy retrieval and analysis.
  
• Qualitative & Quantitative Analysis: Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and insights that can improve educational outcomes, program design, and delivery.
  
• Surveys & Feedback: Design, distribute, and analyze surveys for students, faculty, and other stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and services.
  
• Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of educational programs. Use data to provide insights for improvement.
  

• Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain dashboards and reports to visually represent program progress, student outcomes, and key metrics, providing easy-to-understand summaries for leadership and stakeholders.
  
• Data-Driven Insights: Present actionable insights derived from data analysis, offering recommendations for program improvements and strategic decision-making.
  
• Regular Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on student performance, program effectiveness, resource usage, and project status.
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience (2 years) as a Project Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role, preferably within the education sector or in a role with a focus on educational programs.
