Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Ask questions and record customer requests without delay.
  2. Collect accurate symptoms of complaints from the customer for quick resolutions at the workshop.
  3. Empathize and clarify customer requests.
  4. Check workshop situation and promise delivery time.
  5. Check and ensure accordance of invoice and work performed.
  6. Inform customer after work completion and agree on pick-up time.
  7. Provide a clear explanation of the job done and invoice, and guide to the cashier.
  8. Promote value-added services.
  9. Resolve customer concerns at the earliest time and ensure satisfaction.

Required Skills To Be Successful

  1. Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
  2. Technical knowledge to provide up-to-date technical information in response to customer inquiries.
  3. Excellent customer service, willing to go the extra mile.
  4. Strong English communication skills; Arabic speaker is an added advantage!
