Design, implement, and manage multichannel marketing campaigns including email, social media, digital, and event marketing with a focus on driving engagement and customer acquisition.
Partner with internal teams (e.g., product, sales, design) to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that align with company goals, product launches, and customer expectations.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns using KPIs, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and ROI improvement.
Conduct market research and stay ahead of industry trends, identifying new opportunities for market expansion, customer engagement, and competitive differentiation.
Develop and maintain high-quality marketing materials such as sales collateral and product guides, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across multiple formats (e.g., blogs, landing pages, social media, newsletters).
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and ensure that all marketing materials meet the necessary regulatory standards specific to the industry.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years in a Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably with experience in the software industry or a similar digital-focused sector.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing automation tools, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO optimization tools.
Knowledge of web publishing platforms (CMS) and a strong understanding of SEO principles to boost organic traffic.
Strong ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Strong multitasking and project management abilities with a focus on prioritization and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Adept at solving complex problems with a flexible approach to adapting to the dynamic demands of the software market.
About the role:
Location: Dubai, Business Bay, The Binary Tower
Working time: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Saturday, Sundays off
