EBS Technical HR | Hyderabad & Dubai | Full-time| WFO

We are seeking an experienced HR Developer with a strong background in Oracle Apps to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the implementation, migration, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), with in-depth technical expertise in Core HR, Payroll, and OTL.

Technical/Core Skills Required

  • Oracle EBS (11i & R12) in Core HR, Payroll, and OTL
  • Oracle PL/SQL
  • Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle EBS (11i & R12) solutions, specifically in Core HR, Payroll, and OTL modules.
  • Develop and support RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) components using Oracle Apps technical architecture.
  • Work with Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Advanced Workflow to build and maintain robust systems for HR, Payroll, and OTL.
  • Utilize Oracle PL/SQL for database development, including the creation of complex queries, procedures, and triggers to support business logic.
  • Leverage OAF and ADF for front-end development and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Assist with system migrations and upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions from legacy systems to Oracle EBS R12.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues in the Oracle HR, Payroll, and OTL systems.
  • Ensure technical documentation is up to date and provide training and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Stay current with Oracle technologies and best practices to implement innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • At Least 7 years of experience in IT, specifically with Oracle EBS (11i & R12).
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Apps technical architecture, particularly in Core HR, Payroll, and OTL modules.
  • Advanced proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
  • Experience with OAF and ADF.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Workflow and advanced customization capabilities.
  • Proven experience in leading implementation, migration, and support projects for Oracle EBS.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Airlines Experience
  • Certification in Oracle EBS is a plus.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
