FEMALE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WITH FITNESS INDUTSRY EXPERIENCE

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team at FITSOCIAL GYM LLC. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our members and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. This role involves multitasking across reception duties, phone and message handling, and general support for gym operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warmly welcome all members and visitors to the facility.
2. Provide information about membership options, gym facilities, and policies.
3. Ensure a positive first impression by maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
4. Handle check-ins and check-outs of members efficiently.
5. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
6. Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
7. Address inquiries, take accurate messages, and forward them to the appropriate staff.
8. Respond to emails and other correspondence as needed.
9. Assist with scheduling appointments or classes for members.
10. Process payments and issue receipts.
11. Maintain accurate records of memberships.
12. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
13. Address member complaints or concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary.
14. Support other departments with administrative or operational needs as required.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in customer service in the fitness industry.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a dynamic setting.
4. Proficiency in using office equipment and software (e.g., MS Office, gym management systems).
5. Positive attitude and a passion for fitness and wellness.
6. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
