Our client is a leading Exhibition organiser currently expanding their head count and are looking for a Sales Manager to join the team.
The purpose of the role is to sell sponsorships and exhibition space on designated events and to deliver the highest possible overall sales performance and success of the events.
Responsibilities:
Sell exhibitions, develop sponsorships, and meet financial targets.
Research industry trends and competitive exhibitions.
Prepare sales materials and collaborate with Marketing for campaigns.
Expand databases, manage agents, and engage trade bodies.
Set targets, monitor sales, and track progress.
Develop CRM programs and implement retention initiatives.
Drive new sales strategies to maximize client acquisition and retention.
Requirements:
Should come with a minimum of 4-8 years of experience.
Must have exhibitions experience.
A formal qualification in business, sales management degree, or related disciplines is an advantage.
Strong sales, interpersonal, and negotiating skills required.
Proven success in exhibition sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
