Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Estimator at DMDC in Dubai. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing cost estimates, sourcing materials and subcontractors, and collaborating with the project management team to ensure accurate and competitive bids.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in cost estimating software and tools
• Knowledge of construction materials and methods
• Experience in sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Project management certification is a plus
