• Oversee and mentor junior engineers and interns, fostering a collaborative environment to enhance team productivity and technical skills.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies, utilizing advanced software tools to develop innovative solutions for project challenges.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports and proposals to stakeholders, clearly communicating technical information and project impacts.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring all milestones are met while adhering to quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project execution and integration.
• Implement sustainable engineering practices in project design and execution, promoting environmental stewardship and cost-efficiency.
• Utilize advanced modeling techniques and simulations to predict project performance and identify potential risks early in the planning phase.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and regulatory changes, integrating new technologies and methodologies into project workflows.
• Facilitate project meetings and workshops, effectively engaging all stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, and regulatory approvals.
• Project management and supervision skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
