We're looking for a Customer Development Representative to drive growth in your accounts. You’ll discover new distribution opportunities, increase product visibility, and crush your sales targets. By promoting innovations and engaging key stakeholders, you’ll ensure Mars products lead the market.
Roles & Responsibilities:
On Ground Execution: Accountable to deliver the company's sales fundamentals targets which includes OSA (On Shelf Availability), SOS (Share of Shelf), Planogram accuracy, POS Material and Activations
Hit Your Target: Use market insights and customer knowledge to achieve sales and market share targets.
Drive Engagement: Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Internal stakeholders include customer marketing, the CCL team, and others, while external stakeholders include Account Head Office, Store Managers, and Merchandisers.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with a passionate team to achieve success and support each other.
Education & Professional Qualification
Minimum education: Graduate caliber, from 0-2 years of experience.
