Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (with support for office in India)

About Us: Fly On Travel and Tourism is a leading travel agency specializing in crafting memorable experiences for our clients. We offer exceptional service for global and India tours and are seeking a skilled Holiday Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Role Overview: We are looking for a Holiday Specialist experienced in handling both global and India tours. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of travel logistics, and a passion for creating outstanding travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tour Planning & Coordination: Design, plan, and coordinate global and India tours to meet client needs and preferences.
2. Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for handling local clients and Malayalam-speaking clients, offering personalized service and expert advice.
3. Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with local and international vendors, including hotels, airlines, and tour operators.
4. Market Research: Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry practices to provide informed recommendations.
5. Support & Communication: Coordinate with the office in India to ensure effective communication and support.
6. Documentation & Compliance: Manage documentation, bookings, and compliance for international and domestic travel.
7. Customer Service: Address and resolve any issues during the planning or execution of tours.

Qualifications:

1. Language Skills: Fluency in Malayalam and proficiency in English are required; additional languages are a plus.
2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, focusing on global and India tours.
3. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of popular destinations, tour packages, and logistics.
4. Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities; proficient in travel booking software.
5. Education: Relevant degree or certification in travel and tourism or a related field.
