Job Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of electronic health records (EHR) systems, ensuring they align with clinical workflows and enhance patient care.
• Analyze clinical data to identify trends and areas for improvement, supporting evidence-based decision-making across healthcare teams.
• Facilitate communication between IT and clinical staff, translating technical requirements into actionable plans that improve usability.
• Develop and deliver training programs for healthcare professionals on new systems and technologies, ensuring seamless adoption.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, such as HIPAA, to maintain patient confidentiality and data security.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize clinical processes and workflows through data analysis and technology solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical informatics initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support research initiatives by managing data collection, analysis, and reporting, fostering innovation in clinical practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A Master's degree in Health Informatics, Nursing, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in clinical processes and technology.
• Certification in Clinical Informatics (e.g., ABPM, CHIM) to validate expertise and commitment to the field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare settings, demonstrating a solid understanding of clinical workflows and informatics.
• Proven track record of successful EHR implementation and optimization, showcasing ability to drive change in clinical environments.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
