Job Title: Talent Acquisition Technical Recruiter

Location: Orbit ISS, Sharjah, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Role Overview:
Orbit ISS is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Technical Recruiter to join our team in Sharjah. This position will manage the full-life cycle recruitment process, with a focus on identifying, interviewing, and securing top technical talent for the oil, gas, marine, renewable energy, and offshore sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain effective relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  2. Publish job listings on internal and external web portals.
  3. Source talent from multiple platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri.com, Naukri Gulf, Gulf Talent, and Career Builder.
  4. Utilize advanced recruitment techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed accounts.
  5. Conduct interviews, assess technical skills, and manage candidate relationships.
  6. Coordinate social media recruitment campaigns and manage the company's presence on various platforms.
  7. Maintain effective communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Technology, or related fields (HR-related qualifications such as CIPD are highly desirable).
  2. Experience: 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in oil, gas, marine, or renewable energy sectors, with a strong background from recruitment consultancy agencies.
  3. UAE Experience: A minimum of 5 years of UAE recruitment experience is mandatory.
  4. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with ATS systems.
  5. Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of technical roles in the engineering industry and skilled in full-life cycle recruiting and interviewing.
  6. Language: Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  7. Other: UAE driving license is preferred.

  2. High regard for confidentiality and professionalism.
  3. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and make sound judgment calls.
  4. Experience coordinating social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
