Our Mother Company is a leading supplier to all main car manufacturers with T/O of approx. 700M EUR, located in Germany. Our Middle East operations are affected by the local company, which is responsible for sales and marketing of spare parts in the whole Middle East. We deliver roughly 500 containers annually into the region. With you, we will be a team of 5 people.
Job Role:
We are looking for a passionate, team player with strong time-management abilities.
She must demonstrate sustainability and capability to improve daily procedures, with clear experience in ERP systems and international business procedures.
She should be capable, after 6 months of training, to handle all designated tasks related to order management, including submitting offers, order confirmations, delivery preparations, and coordination.
Responsibilities include issuing invoices and documents, managing information flow, and troubleshooting as necessary.
She must communicate in written and spoken English to the HQ and regional customers.
Knowledge of other languages like Arabic, Tagalog, and Hindi is an added value.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Experience in international sales/purchase.
Experience in multinational companies.
Proficiency in MS Office (mainly Excel & Outlook) including MS Teams.
Strong communication skills with HQ in Germany and customers in the Middle East.
Ability to take responsibility for own tasks.
Capability to create long-term relationships with customers.
