Recruitment Consultant - Dubai - 12 Month Contract - Agency Experience

The ideal candidate will be based in the UAE and be available at short notice to start on site in Dubai.

Salt have partnered with a UAE based organisation who have a large-scale hiring project in 2025. We are looking to onboard a talented and dynamic recruiter who can hire in niche industries and head hunt talent globally.

Responsibilities

1. Actively source and qualify candidates from across the globe, advising on the UAE market and relocation if needed.
2. Manage the client's needs and expectations and build strong stakeholder relationships.
3. Work to improve recruitment efficiency.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2. Quota or goal-oriented.
3. Able to meet strict deadlines and independently motivated.
4. Excellent communication skills required, ideally both Arabic and English.
5. Strong experience using LinkedIn to head hunt.
