Responsibilities:

Receive and distribute mail and packages
Maintain a neat and organized front desk and waiting area
Schedule appointments and manage conference room reservations
Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing

Keep track of office inventory and order supplies when needed

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in a customer service or front office role
