Real Estate Consultant (female Russian speaker) salary+commission

The company has a vacancy for real estate consultants/agents with the following responsibilities and requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
2. Develop a competitive market price by comparing several properties.
3. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealings.
4. Handle leads and clients' requirements and targets wisely.

Requirements:

1. Experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson is preferable.
2. Strong interpersonal skills.
3. Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
4. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
5. Good knowledge of Dubai off-plan and secondary market.

Languages: Russian

Basic salary + commission
