Job Description

• Prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all plumbing and related works prior to execution.
• Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Project Manager/Sr. Plumbing Engineer for approval prior to execution at site.
• Interprets construction drawings and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
• Manages directly and provides engineering and technical support to all the plumbing work groups at site.
• Plans the execution of all plumbing related works and coordinates the works with electro-mechanical and civil groups.
• Quantity take off for all the material/equipment to be done at the beginning of the project. Floating the enquiries to all the vendors as per the list provided in the Project specification based on the Quantity take off.
• Prepare comparison charts for each item (material/equipment) from three vendors.
• Work schedule to be made based on the construction programme provided by the Main contractor and submit for review and approval.

Qualification: Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 12+ Years of Plumbing experience in MEP & High Rise Building
