Dr. Nutrition Company is looking for an experienced Export Sales Executive.

Requirements for Job Vacancy:

• Logistics experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in the UAE (GCC) in the same field.
• Proficient in English.
• Bachelor's degree with a scientific background.

Description:

• Prepare invoices for exports from the warehouse and vendor.
• Confirm orders with the logistics and import team.
• Coordinate order availability with the supply chain team.
• Prepare the price list with pallet configuration.
• Compile the production list.
• Handle shipments and required documents for all export invoices.
• Monitor product costs and update the system with the price list frequently.
• Follow up on shipping details, payments, and ensure to receive and confirm orders on time.
• Perform data entry for all costs in the system.
• Follow up on existing account statements and payment receivables.
• Prepare exhibition shipments and required export documents.
• Compile listing documents and files for new customers.
• Monitor near-expiry items and ensure timely returns.
