Business Development Executive
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients across various industries.
- Actively generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and attending industry events.
- Develop and implement strategies to approach potential clients and convert them into long-term business partners.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, meetings, and excellent customer service.
- Effectively communicate the company’s offerings, including web solutions, mobile solutions, and ecommerce services tailored to clients' needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and business reports.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close deals that meet both client and company objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies and achieve business goals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in technology solutions or ecommerce services.
- Strong networking skills and ability to establish rapport with clients at all levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Solid understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitors.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
