Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Scope of Work:

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of MEP Systems, farm machinery, irrigation systems, and pumps. This role ensures the reliability and performance of critical equipment, minimizing downtime and optimizing operational efficiency through preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of MEP systems machinery, irrigation equipment, and pumps.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment longevity.
• Diagnose and repair faults in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Monitor irrigation systems, including pumps, pipelines, and control panels, to ensure proper functionality.
• Supervise maintenance teams and coordinate tasks for efficient workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and equipment procurement.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance staff.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• Work experience of 3-5 years
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, farm machinery, and irrigation equipment.
• Expertise in pump operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage and coordinate maintenance teams effectively.
• Understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and technical skills.
• Well-versed with basic computer skills, including Primavera, AutoCAD, and BIM (Revit).
