About the Client:

A Levant high end casual dining restaurant in Dubai specializing in Eastern Mediterranean cuisine based in Dubai.

Job Description:

  • Create and plan menus in collaboration with the head chef.
  • Oversee and train junior kitchen staff for consistent performance.
  • Ensure high-quality dishes through taste tests and adherence to standards.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste.
  • Communicate and coordinate with other departments for seamless service.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the same role from high end casual or fine dining restaurant
