Position Overview:
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and User Access Management (UAM) and proven expertise in managing access and processes in a banking environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain user access to banking applications to ensure smooth business operations.
2. Create specifications for system enhancements related to User Profile Administration.
3. Identify opportunities for automation and process reengineering.
4. Assist users in resolving system issues via BMC Helix Hotline and emails.
5. Prepare test plans and cases for system testing.
6. Conduct periodic reviews and cleanup of user access removing redundant users/profiles.
7. Enhance operational processes to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. 5 years of experience with at least 5 years in a relevant role.
2. Industry exposure in Banking or Financial Services.
3. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
