Job description

Education & Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s in science or engineering, B.Sc. or equivalent in related field
  • Certified Lead Auditor in multiple management system standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 41001, ISO 55001, ISO 45001 and ISO 9001, and qualified to the latest version of the standard.
  • Six Sigma trained. Desirable – Data analytics, Use MS Office and other applications.

Job Purpose:

The role of the Management System and Process Specialist is to ensure Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental management systems are developed, implemented and monitored via scheduled internal audits to meet the requirements of ISO 14001, ISO 41001, ISO 55001, ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 and to ensure a program of continuous improvement is fully implemented.

Experience and Skills:

Industry Experience (No. of years):

6 + years in relevant Industry including Facility management, property management, manufacturing, construction or relevant industry

Position/functional experience (No. of years):

4 + years in the QA/QC or technical position

Competencies and Skills:

Good Communication

Auditor skills

Multi Language personality

Roles, Responsibilities, Duties:

  • Ensure standardization of documentation that is part of the ISO management system (Forms, Procedures, Processes & Job descriptions, and any other relevant documentation).
  • Develop and implement ISO 14001, ISO 41001, ISO 55001, ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 specific Policy and procedures documents.
  • Develop process flowcharts
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting as required by line management to assist the planning and management of operations.
  • Enhance Management System and ensure compliance with standards
  • Promote ISO management system awareness and provide technical support and staff training to all parts of the business to enhance the service capability of the business.
  • Independently carry out QHSE management system gap analysis and internal audits.
  • Ensure preparedness and readiness for external third-party certification and surveillance audits to gain relevant ISO certification.
  • Prepare internal audit schedule and plans for implementation
  • Collect and analyze complex data, evaluate systems and their related controls to ensure conformity with the relevant ISO standards (9001, 41001, 55001,14001 & 45001)
  • Carry out business risk and opportunity analysis to ensure that all threats and opportunities are identified, and relevant controls are in place
  • Collate and prepare internal audit reports for QHSE management review
  • Prepare and present bi-annual management review
  • Conduct QC inspections on site
  • Conduct RCA and follow-ups on corrective actions
  • Ensure all records and documents are controlled.
  • Track all open and closed non-conformities and update database.
  • Receive and update department organizational charts and ensure it is in the standard format.
  • Follow up on update of Job descriptions with various QHSE units.
  • Collate and prepare analysis on customer satisfaction.
  • Carry out any other functions/duties as so directed.
