Job description

Royal Avenue is an established joint venture between Daud Investments and the Oman Investment Authority, with the goal of bringing well known international brands to the GCC region and providing exceptional shopping and dining experiences. Our portfolio includes Middle East Retail Group and Gourmet Gulf, both being leading companies in their respective industries. Middle East Retail Groups focus is to develop partnerships with retail brands where there are significant growth opportunities, brands such as Hamleys, Nous Paris, Hadoro and Pylones.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to meet growth and ROI / ROAS goals.
  2. Manage prospecting and remarketing campaigns across digital channels, including Google Ads, YouTube, and social media, while optimizing CAC.
  3. Oversee the Google Ads accounts for the group, ensuring the campaigns are well-targeted, optimized, and delivering strong ROI.
  4. Oversee budgets and ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives, focusing on maximizing performance metrics such as ROI, LTV, and conversion rates.
  5. Collaborate with the content and SEO teams to turn organic traffic into a steady lead conversion stream.
  6. Work with Salesforce & ABM tools to integrate and streamline marketing efforts with the sales pipeline.
  7. Identify and test new digital channels to improve or exceed key performance metrics.
  8. Direct and coordinate with external agencies to meet campaign goals and ensure performance marketing KPIs are achieved.
  9. Lead social media advertising initiatives aimed at driving user adoption and brand growth.
  10. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, channel efficiency, and other marketing metrics using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Salesforce, and other tools.
  11. Provide data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, offer conversion funnel enhancements, and share actionable recommendations with senior leadership.
  12. Manage Email marketing, remarketing, nurturing and remarketing campaigns in marketing platform.
  13. Manage landing pages, A/B split testing and ongoing conversion rate optimization.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on marketing technology management.
  3. Proficiency in Salesforce, ActiveCampaign/Hubspot or similar, Typeform, and other digital marketing tools.
  4. Strong expertise in creating and optimizing multi-channel marketing strategies including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital platforms.
  5. Proficiency in web analytics, A/B testing, and performance metrics to guide continuous improvement in campaigns.
