Responsibilities:

1. Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
3. Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and optimize processes.
4. Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to enhance operational performance.
5. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and industry standards.
6. Implement technology-driven solutions to enhance supply chain visibility and automation.
7. Lead and mentor supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement.
8. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 7-10+ years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or procurement.
3. Strong expertise in supply chain optimization, demand planning, and inventory management.
4. Proficiency in ERP systems, supply chain analytics, and process automation tools.
5. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to travel to the Middle East, with full accommodation and transportation provided.
7. Knowledge of Arabic is not required but is considered an asset.
