We are hiring a few exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide remote, telehealth services to our adolescent and young adult clients. We are eager to work with forward-thinking mental health and substance abuse professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care to our clients. W2 position requires full-time availability with some availability in the evenings and Saturdays required to facilitate group sessions and take on individual and/or family sessions.

Client Facing Availability & Expectations (4-day work week)

• FT Primary Therapists are required to deliver 7 direct clinical hours per day and 28 direct clinical hours per week (i.e., individual therapy, family therapy, group facilitation).
• FT Primary Therapists are expected to deliver 20 of the 28 direct clinical hours during peak times. During peak times, Clinicians may take one 30-minute meal break. At least 3 of the remaining 8 direct clinical hours must be on the weekend day.
• MST: Mon-Wed: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM, Sat or Sun 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Mon-Wed 3:30 PM - 9:00 PM
• Sat or Sun: 10:00 AM - 3:30 PM

We handle all of the scheduling to align with your availability, so you don’t have to waste time trying to find times with a client. All communication outside of sessions with clients and their parents is handled by the Admissions Support Team. We have full-time outreach and marketing team members to ensure that your schedule is as full as you’d like it to be.

Requirements

• Mental Health Therapist with any of the following independent state licensures:
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
• Licensed in any of these states: ID, MT, and OR
• Masters degree in mental health or related field
• Confident in working with teens and young adults (a must)
• Skilled in conducting group therapy
• Must be tech-savvy
• Must be available in the evenings to meet the schedules of our clients
• Preferably with additional licenses/certifications in:
• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• EMDR
