Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for real estate roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract quality candidates, leveraging various hiring platforms and recruitment channels.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and role specifications.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update job postings on multiple platforms, including job boards, social media, and company website.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future openings.
Conduct reference checks and support the onboarding process.
Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, with mandatory experience in real estate hiring.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Skills:
Proficient in sourcing candidates using a variety of platforms, such as LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment agencies.
Well-spoken and articulate, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable and professional demeanor, with a strong ability to represent the company's brand.
